In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

To be eligible to open and maintain an account on mdu303, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a resident of Indonesia or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not unlawful for personal use.
• You are not a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction as defined in Clause 1.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.
• You do not currently hold, and have not previously held, a self-excluded status on mdu303 or any affiliated platform.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or close relative of an employee or director of mdu303 or any of its licensed game studio partners.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

mdu303 may request documentary evidence of eligibility — including a government-issued Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, or other acceptable form of identification — at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

3.1 Registration Process

To access mdu303's real-money gaming and betting services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete personal information as prompted by the registration form. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, email address, and preferred payment method details.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Any changes to your name, address, contact details, or payment information must be communicated to mdu303 support promptly. mdu303 accepts no liability for losses arising from outdated or inaccurate account information.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each player is strictly permitted to hold one active account on mdu303 at any time. Opening multiple accounts — under the same or different names, email addresses, payment details, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. mdu303 will close all duplicate accounts and may forfeit any balances, bonuses, or winnings held within them.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. You agree to notify mdu303 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account. mdu303 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.

3.5 KYC Verification

mdu303 applies a full Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to all accounts. Players may be required to submit copies of a valid photo identity document, proof of residential address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts may be restricted from making withdrawals until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. mdu303 aims to complete KYC reviews within 48 business hours of receiving complete documentation.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

mdu303 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, and the e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). mdu303 does not charge transaction fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees independently.

4.2 Deposit Limits & Processing

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits made via local bank transfer are typically credited to your mdu303 account within one to five minutes during banking hours. E-wallet deposits are generally credited within seconds. mdu303 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking system outages.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your mdu303 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Before a withdrawal is processed, your account must have completed KYC verification, all applicable wagering requirements on bonus credit must have been met, and your account must be in good standing with no outstanding disputes or fraud investigations.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times

mdu303 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 15 minutes to 4 hours of approval during standard operating hours. Withdrawals that trigger additional security review — for example, requests above certain thresholds or from newly verified accounts — may take up to 24 hours. mdu303 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request.

4.5 Source of Funds

By depositing funds to mdu303, you confirm that the funds are lawfully yours and are not proceeds of any criminal activity. mdu303 operates under anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and may request evidence of source of funds for large or unusual transactions. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in funds being held pending investigation.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by mdu303 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus credit issued by mdu303 carries a wagering requirement before any winnings generated from that bonus may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and contribution percentages are detailed in each individual promotion's terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus-derived winnings before satisfying wagering requirements will result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

mdu303 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse. Conduct that constitutes abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or mathematically offset bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming activity, and coordinating with other players to exploit bonus structures. Where abuse is identified, mdu303 reserves the right to void all bonus balances, reverse associated winnings, and permanently close the relevant accounts.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus credit and any associated wagering requirements expire within the time period specified in each promotion's terms. Expired bonus credit and associated pending winnings will be removed from your account balance automatically without prior notice beyond the terms published at the time of the promotion.

5.5 mdu303's Right to Withdraw Promotions

mdu303 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or discontinue any promotion at any time, including in respect of players who have already opted in, where mdu303 reasonably determines that the promotion is being abused or that a material error in the promotion terms exists.

6.1 Sportsbook

All sports bets placed on mdu303 are subject to the Sportsbook Rules published on the platform. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. mdu303 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where a material error in odds is evident, where the outcome of an event has been manipulated, or where the integrity of a competition has been compromised. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets are subject to additional rules regarding void legs and payout calculations, as detailed in the Sportsbook Rules.

6.2 Live Casino

Live dealer games are governed by the rules of the individual game as explained by the dealer and displayed within the game interface. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the outcome will be determined by the game server's recorded state at the time of disconnection. mdu303 is not liable for losses arising from technical issues beyond its reasonable control.

6.3 Slots & RNG Games

6.5 Bet Cancellation

Once a bet or wager has been confirmed on mdu303, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player except where mdu303 explicitly offers a cash-out or bet-editing feature for that specific market. mdu303 reserves the right to cancel any bet at its sole discretion where fraud, technical error, or integrity concerns are identified.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on mdu303 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to access mdu303 from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using VPNs, proxies, or other circumvention tools.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or play games.
• Colluding with other players in live poker or other multi-player games.
• Match-fixing, insider-information betting, or any form of sports integrity violation.
• Laundering money or using mdu303 as a conduit for any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform for financial gain.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing mdu303 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Chargebacks or reversal of legitimate deposits without the prior agreement of mdu303.

All content on the mdu303 platform — including but not limited to the mdu303 brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, and data — is the exclusive property of mdu303 or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the mdu303 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or redistribute any mdu303 content; reverse-engineer any platform software; use mdu303 branding in any external publication without express written consent; or create derivative works based on mdu303 content.

All game content displayed on mdu303 remains the intellectual property of the respective game studio (for example, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, or Pocket Games Soft) and is licensed to mdu303 for display on the platform. No intellectual property rights in third-party game content are transferred to the player under these Terms.

mdu303's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player to their mdu303 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mdu303's liability for: death or personal injury caused by mdu303's negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by mdu303; or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

mdu303 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. mdu303 makes no representation regarding the legality of accessing the platform from any specific location, and it is the player's sole responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws.

12.1 Termination by mdu303

mdu303 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where mdu303 reasonably determines that: the player has breached any provision of these Terms; the player poses a fraud, money-laundering, or integrity risk; the player has been found to be ineligible under Clause 2; or where continued operation of the account would violate mdu303's licensing obligations.

Upon termination for cause, mdu303 may forfeit any bonus credit and associated wagering-in-progress winnings. Real-money balances that are not subject to dispute or fraud investigation will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

12.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your mdu303 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any outstanding bonus requirements) will be withdrawn to your registered payment method. Voluntary account closure does not affect mdu303's right to retain transaction records for regulatory compliance purposes.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mdu303 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be referred to mdu303's internal dispute resolution process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within 30 days of written notice, the matter shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable regulatory body in mdu303's licensing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

By accessing mdu303 from Indonesia, you acknowledge that online gambling is subject to legal restrictions in Indonesia and that you are solely responsible for assessing your legal position under applicable Indonesian law before accessing the platform.

mdu303 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, mdu303 will publish the revised Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date displayed at the top of this document. Where practicable, mdu303 will also notify registered players of significant changes via email or in-platform notification.
